An outstanding school requires strong leadership and effective systems. We provide school leaders with the tools and guidance they need to continue to improve their practice.  We support them in strengthening and enhancing existing systems and – where needed – bringing about appropriate changes.

Training & mentoring for new school leaders

Educators new to their leadership roles sometimes find themselves overwhelmed by the myriad responsibilities they now face and the feeling that they suddenly need to be an expert at nearly everything.  We can help new educational leaders identify and prioritize the roles they need to fill, the domains they must oversee, and the actions they should take.  We provide expertise and experience to draw upon and a sounding board for exploring the challenges and rewards of school leadership.

Coaching and support for experienced school leaders

As they lead and guide their schools and tend to everyone else’s learning and growth, it is often difficult for school leaders to ensure that they are continuing to learn and grow as well.  Through individualized coaching, we help talented, experienced leaders hone their skills, increase their effectiveness, and continue to improve their craft.

Change Management

Implementing change in schools is complex, often involving and impacting people, processes and systems across the school community.  We guide school leaders through this process helping them plan, communicate and implement strategies to bring about the desired outcomes.

School Culture

A school’s culture has enormous influence on every aspect of school operations, from Human Resources to student learning and achievement.  Utilizing survey instruments and meetings with stakeholders, we help schools assess the state of their school culture.  Working with school leaders, we formulate approaches to develop and sustain a strong positive school culture.
